Refund & Shipping Policy
Shipping: Once direct sales commence, all orders will be processed and shipped usually within 2-3 business days. Standard and expedited shipping options, along with exact rates and estimated delivery times, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns on standard Softcover and Hardcover editions within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), items must be returned in their original, unread condition.
Exceptions: Due to their customized nature, Autographed Hardcover editions are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items: If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact support@alienbriefofficial.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement.
